Is there a free trial?

We offer a 30-day trial for $199. This covers your database setup, personalized onboarding, and full access to all features. If you continue after the trial, the $199 is credited toward your first month's subscription.

Is training included?

Absolutely. Trial users get immediate access to our training video library and comprehensive user manual to get started quickly. Paid subscribers receive one-on-one video conference training with our specialists, and we also offer in-person training at your facility for a more hands-on experience.

What about data migration?

Contact us to discuss migrating your existing work orders, parts inventory, tools, and calibration records. We'll work with you to determine the best approach for your data. Users also have the option to manually input migration data at their own pace.

Is there a cost for software upgrades?

Absolutely not. All software upgrades are included in your subscription. We believe you should never pay extra for fixes, improvements, or new features. Your subscription ensures you always have access to the latest version of Squawkbox Live.
